Pointe Developers, Inc. is a complete Real Estate Development company creating and assembling Real Estate planning, financing, marketing/sales and management for residential and commercial uses.

The management team at Pointe Developers, Inc. has an extensive finance experience in banking consisting of 30 years combined. The Real Estate experience consists of 15 years combined.

Management:

Pointe Developers is dedicated to developing and creating cohesive commercial, retail and mixed-use communities throughout Central Florida and South Florida. The principals, Jorge Morera, Albert Arisso and Ralph Velocci share 30 years in banking and lending, 15 years in real estate development and have established 40 years of international and regional corporate operations.

Arisso, President and Morera, CFO, procured land acquisition, real estate development, and an ability to match timing with opportunity. Velocci, Executive Vice President, brings almost thirty years experience and a solid background in leadership, development and strategy to the team. These long-standing constituents have over 500 million dollars in capital investments with a concrete reputation and vision for tomorrow's cityscapes.

Pointe Developers concentrates on mixed-use, commercial and residential properties. Their focus is to provide quality facilities that reinvent buildings into communities.

At Pointe Developers, building is second nature, constructing long-standing relationships is first.

Bios:

Albert Arisso
Albert Arisso as President and Chief Executive Officer of Pointe Developers, actively creates communities and develops residential, commercial and mixed-use projects in South Florida and Central Florida. Much of his enthusiasm is generated from the procurement of mixed-use properties. He's provided over 750 residential units with an aggregate of 30,000 square feet of retail.

With over 13 years in banking, Arisso's evolution from Senior Vice President and Head of Corporate Lending to Developer was no surprise. Familiar with the craft of money-making, Arisso began his career as a credit analyst and in less than 8 years became Vice-President for the Corporate Lending Division of Ocean Bank. His specialty stemmed from approving and providing land acquisition, developing loans and financing condominium conversions. Throughout his career as Vice President, Arisso generated approximately $500 million dollars in new loans and managed a client base of 360.

In 2001, Arisso became Senior Vice President and the Head of Corporate Lending Division of Ocean Bank. As a leader, his division compiled a loan portfolio in excess of $1.5 billion dollars and he managed over 100 employees.

As President and principal, Arisso's knowledge of land acquisition and development of mixed-use property adds versatility to the Pointe Developers team.

Jorge Morera
Jorge Morera is Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Pointe Developers, actively dedicated to creating commercial, residential and mixed-use communities in all areas of South Florida and Central Florida. Fueled by his extensive experience in commercial finance, real estate, marketing and the banking industry, Morera brings years of dollars and sense to the team.

After graduating from Florida International University, Morera began his career as a credit analyst at Ocean bank. Within 9 years, he became Senior Vice President in the Corporate Lending Division at Ocean Bank. Throughout his long-standing financial career he provided term financing for rental income business, credit lines, construction loans, land acquisition and general real estate lending. He generated approximately $400 million dollars in new loans within the stated period.

As a developer, Morera's solid background in finance and real estate lending shaped his knowledge base for management and enthusiasm for mixed-use properties. Morera developed a knack for low-rise construction and remodeling of older homes. With experience in new home construction, Morera's solid base is an asset to Pointe Developers.

Ralph Velocci
Ralph Velocci of Pointe Developers is actively involved in the acquisitions and the developing of residential, commercial and mixed-use projects in South Florida and Central Florida.  Velocci, along with his partners, directs the development process of these projects, including negotiations for land and property acquisitions, planning, design and sales. 

In 1971, Velocci founded Industrial Waste Services where he directed corporate acquisitions and served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing.  Industrial Waste Services became the largest waste firm in Florida and later merged with Attwood PLC.  Upon the merge with Attwood, an international public company with operations in the United States, United Kingdom and the Dominican Republic, Velocci was appointed the position of Senior Vice President and served on the Board of Directors.  During the time of his employment at Attwood the company’s corporate revenues increased from 32 million to 650 million. 

In 1994, Velocci became President and Partner of Clean Tec.  Clean Tec eventually merged with USA Waste, where he was appointed Regional Vice President and oversaw all operations for Florida and Puerto Rico.  USA Waste later merged with Waste Management where Velocci remained as the Regional Vice President of Florida and Puerto Rico.  The merge generated over a billion dollars in revenue.  Since leaving Waste Management, Velocci continually consults Waste Management, and provides consultation to a number of other companies, and he is also affiliated with government affairs.

With over 35 years of experience, Velocci’s solid background in leadership development and strategy make him a vital component of the Pointe Developmers Team.
